Small Spells - New Series!

I am not one for hexing. As I've discussed before, I just don't want to get mixed up in that energy. I have friends who do hex, and that's fine for them. I do see the reasons people have for it. Ultimately, I see hexes, or the urge to hex, as an expression of the wish for justice.

Someone has wronged you, and you want things set right. The person refuses to do so, and it brings on feelings of anger, helplessness, fear, sadness. How to set things right?

I am going to do a Series on Spells. Incantations for justice, peace, calm, progress. Not Hexes.

Tonight's - A spell to get back what is yours.

Pay what you owe,

or you'll reap what you sow.

Your field will be bare

And that will be fair.

Write it in ink on a small piece of paper. Fold it into tininess while whispering what is owed and by whom into the folding. Set it safely on fire. Throw the cold ashes into the wind (blowing away from you). If there is no wind, blow or fan them away from your house.

If you deal with gods, of course feel free to invoke their name in this. I would invoke Tyr and Thor; Tyr for honesty, Thor for balance.

And there it is. Simple, effective, Just.
